Holm Huse produces low-energy detached houses using timber-based building elements prepared under factory conditions. Projects are individually planned, with the company handling architectural development, structural design, energy calculations, element production, transport, erection and completion on site.

The construction system supports different layouts and exterior expressions while keeping the structural envelope based on prefabricated components. The service is aimed at permanent residential houses and combines off-site element production with conventional foundations, installation work and final finishing at the plot.
