SCANDI Camp
SCANDI Camp is a one-module cabin with about 21 m2 of total area and a 7 m by 3 m footprint. The compact plan includes a living zone, sleeping area, bathroom, and kitchenette, making it suitable as a guest house, garden studio, or camping unit. The module is produced in the factory for truck delivery and fast installation. The scope includes windows, doors, laminate flooring, a standard kitchenette, sanitary area, wood interior finishing, exterior cladding, 200 mm insulation, and double-glazed windows.
SCANDI 5
SCANDI 5 is a larger single-storey modular house with about 128 m2 of total area and an 8 m by 17 m footprint. The plan includes three bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, hall areas, and terrace. The house is designed for a larger household and is delivered as factory-made modules for site assembly. The equipment package includes exterior finishing, windows and doors, class 32 laminate flooring, internal electrical and plumbing preparation, wood interior finishes, 200 mm insulation, and triple-glazed windows.
SCANDI 4+
SCANDI 4+ is a single-storey modular house with about 105 m2 of total area and an 8 m by 14 m footprint. It extends the SCANDI 4 concept with a larger living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, bathroom, hall spaces, and terrace. The house is manufactured as factory-built modules and prepared for road delivery and site assembly. The standard scope includes exterior finishing, windows and doors, laminate flooring, internal electrical wiring, plumbing preparation, wood-lined interiors, 200 mm insulation, and triple-glazed windows.
SCANDI Double
SCANDI Double is a two-module mobility house with about 60 m2 of total area and an 11 m by 7 m footprint. The plan contains two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, corridor, and an optional terrace. It is made for quick installation, later disassembly, and relocation when needed. The complete set includes factory-mounted windows, doors, laminate flooring, kitchen and sanitary area, internal wiring and pipework, wood interior and exterior finishing, 200 mm insulation, and double-glazed windows.

SCANDI 3 is a compact single-storey modular house with about 60 m2 of total area and an 8 m by 8 m footprint. The plan contains one bedroom, a kitchen and living room, bathroom, and terrace. The house is factory-produced for truck delivery and assembly on site.
