Passion M3+ is a 190.5 m² two-bedroom smart design house with a living room, kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a large under-roof terrace. The building system uses thermo-panel construction, region-specific high-efficiency insulation, composite and natural wood facade materials, and energy-saving technical systems. The house kit consists of flat-packed structural elements, triple-glazed Schüco windows and doors, natural wood terraces, and facade finishing in quality wood and aluminium-composite.
