Solo 100

Solo 100 has 23 m2 of published floor area with one compact room and one bathroom. The 10 m single-volume A-frame can serve as a home office, studio, workshop, gym or guest cabin and is sold only as an add-on to another AvrameUSA project.

The kit includes stamped plans, pre-cut and pre-drilled LVL framing, steel connectors, gable framing and assembly guidance. It is built on site as a permanent structure; foundation, utilities, insulation and finishes are local.
