Our House Modular Apartment System

Our House is Moos’s reusable modular apartment system for social and mid-market housing programmes. The dwellings are configured from self-supporting modules and can form compact homes of 22 m2 or larger apartments up to 110 m2. A CLT wall structure with circular concrete floors gives the modules a hybrid timber-and-concrete build while keeping the system demountable.

Kitchens, sanitary units and installations are standardised around repeatable parts, including a compact ventilation heat pump for heating and cooling. The system supports gallery, corridor and tower layouts for temporary and permanent residential locations.
