Modular 80 is an 80 m² underground reinforced-concrete modular house for larger family living or premium accommodation. The model uses the company’s vaulted concrete module system to create a durable house intended to last across generations, with strong sound insulation, stable internal conditions and low exterior maintenance.

Its earth-covered construction reduces exposed roof and wall surfaces while helping with energy performance. The modules are factory-made and installed on prepared ground with utility connections completed on site.
