Modular 60 - option B

Modular 60 - option B is a 60 m² reinforced-concrete underground modular house with a sauna-focused layout. The model is described as a flexible canvas where creatively placed modules allow the interior to support relaxation, work and social use.

The sauna adds a dedicated recovery space within the durable vaulted concrete structure. The house is produced off site, transported as finished modules and installed quickly on prepared ground, with utility connection and exterior earth covering completing the delivery scope.
