Modular 30 - option A is a 30 m² reinforced-concrete underground modular home with an additional bedroom configuration. The model is designed as a mid-sized dwelling with vaulted ceilings, large windows and a balanced plan for simple living without losing comfort.

It is suitable for private use, rental accommodation or a compact holiday home. The modules are produced in concrete, insulated and installed on a prepared base, with final utility connections and soil covering completed after placement.
