4 m² attic. The package is based on factory-prepared timber-frame construction with selectable interior and exterior finishes. Column foundations and modular house transport are handled separately from the listed package scope. The model is arranged as a compact pitched-roof modular residence and does not include a sauna or terrace in the published configuration.
