In & Out

In & Out is a 64 m2 pre-designed house from Green Heritage’s model range. The concept uses a clean rectangular volume with large glazed openings and an indoor-outdoor relationship supported by the terrace and pool imagery shown on the model page.

Green Heritage describes its kit-only scope as a sealed timber-frame shell with hemp and cork insulation, exterior cladding, windows, and doors, while the turnkey version can add plumbing, electrical work, kitchen, bathrooms, terrace, and pool. The model is therefore useful for buyers comparing shell delivery against a more complete finished package.
