DUO 60

DUO 60 is a modular residential house formed by connecting two regular modules in L-shaped, T-shaped or two-module layouts. The standard project includes two bedrooms, with an option to build three bedrooms, plus a living room, kitchen area and bathroom.

The model uses a C24 wooden frame, insulation, triple-glazed windows, profiled metal roofing and timber or metal exterior cladding. Factory kit, basic, standard and turnkey packages are offered.
