Contemporary Elegance House is a 60 m² fully modular, moveable structure suitable for residential, office, rental, gym, home cinema, and sauna use. The standard scope is delivered complete with a built-in kitchen, appliances, induction hob, refrigerator, built-in bed frame or open studio layout, cupboards, hotel-style bathroom, zonal lighting, picture windows, smart locks, underfloor heating, smart thermostat, wood flooring, hot water boiler, black taps and bathroom fixtures, towel rail, shoe rack, secondary entrance door, and wall-to-wall larch cladding.

Optional upgrades include cold-weather and hot-weather packs, wood stove, air conditioning, living roof, blackout curtains, privacy shutters, external storage, under-cabin lighting, and entrance gantry.
