Astrid

Astrid is a 50 m² single-storey modular residential house with an entrance, living and dining room, kitchen, corridor, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The layout separates the sleeping rooms from the main living space and includes a compact kitchen zone.

The house is produced as a factory-made timber modular building and delivered for site installation. Standard specifications include insulated envelope elements, painted exterior cladding, triple-glazed windows, internal partitions, painted finishes, laminate floors, tiled bathroom surfaces, heating, ventilation, electrical, water and sewerage systems.
