Vario is a 116 m² Premium modular mobile house built as two connected units on a steel-frame platform. Black Stone is a 43.57 m² Premium modular mobile house arranged with one bedroom, one bathroom, a living area with kitchen and circulation space. The house uses a steel-frame mobile structure with PUR foam insulation, triple-glazed windows and underfloor heating controlled by Wi-Fi. It is delivered as a finished year-round unit with a modern dark exterior, large glazing and interior equipment suitable for compact residential, rental or leisure use.
