Buyers can adapt established models or commission a custom layout, after which the company coordinates design, engineering, timber fabrication, panel preparation, delivery and on-site shell erection.

Projects are supplied across North America. Foundations, local permits, mechanical systems, interior finishes and some exterior work remain dependent on the local builder and contract.
