Skelet Dom designs and builds timber-frame houses, holiday cottages and commercial structures. Its published construction system uses KVH structural timber, and projects can be based on an existing concept or developed as an individual plan.

Services can include technical preparation, structural fabrication, transport, assembly and staged completion from the main frame to a high shell or selected finishing works. Foundations, permits, wall and roof build-ups, windows, façade, mechanical systems, interiors and external works are agreed in the project specification.
