Scandinavia Home manufactures and sells turnkey modular homes from Kyiv for buyers across Ukraine. The company offers ready-made Barn, Modern and Scandinavian-style models as well as individual projects.
Houses are produced in a covered workshop, delivered to the buyer’s plot with interior finishing, windows, doors, electrical systems, ventilation, plumbing and floor coverings installed, and assembled on site. It also provides foundations, site planning, logistics visits and on-site construction support.

Scandinavia 63
Scandinavia 63 is a 63 m2 modular house with a simple Scandinavian exterior and a compact full-year living format. The base specification uses a wooden frame, insulated envelope, profiled metal roof, mixed profiled sheet and pine planken facade, timber lamella interior finish, 33 class laminate floors, PVC doors and windows, electrical points distributed through the home, MDF interior doors, and prepared plumbing. The model can be delivered or assembled by the manufacturer.
Barn 35
Barn 35 is a 35 m2 compact barn-style modular home for small residential, guest-house, or leisure use. The house is based on a wooden frame and a simplified gable form. The base configuration includes profiled sheet roofing, combined profiled sheet and pine planken facade treatment, timber lamella interior walls and ceiling, laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC glazing and entrance doors, electrical wiring, MDF interior doors, and prepared plumbing connections.
Barn 140
Barn 140 is a 140 m2 modular barn-style house designed as a large residential model with a wide footprint and generous glazing. The home is built from a wooden frame and supplied in the manufacturer’s base configuration.
