KEU Nomad is a 32.98 m² modular home for two people with one bedroom, one bathroom, a central kitchen layout, and a long compact plan designed for remote sites, private getaways, or hospitality projects. The unit is manufactured with a rolled-steel load-bearing frame, 300-micron anti-corrosion treatment, insulated flat roof, double asphalt waterproofing membrane, aluminum composite cladding, thermally broken aluminum joinery, integrated exterior lighting, vinyl flooring, porcelain finishes, and a finished interior scope. Installation and transport are excluded.
KEU Evoque
KEU Evoque is a 43.94 m² modular home with a contemporary interior layout, one bathroom, and adaptable sleeping-zone options for private residential use, second homes, or premium rental projects. The model includes a minimalist kitchen with hidden appliances, premium interior finishes, smart-home systems, porcelain bathroom surfaces, integrated lighting, thermally broken aluminum joinery, aluminum composite cladding, and a rolled-steel structure treated against corrosion. Installation and transport are excluded from the starting scope.
KEU Pocket
KEU Pocket is a 24.53 m² modular home for two people with one bedroom, one bathroom, a linear kitchen, and an efficient compact layout for a guest unit, office, retreat, or rental use. The unit is built on a rolled-steel structural frame with anti-corrosion treatment, flat insulated roof assembly, aluminum composite exterior cladding, thermally broken joinery, integrated LED lighting, vinyl flooring, porcelain countertops, fitted kitchen equipment, and a finished bathroom. Installation and transport are excluded.
KEU XL
KEU XL is a 77.02 m² modular home with two independent bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen with central island, and a larger living area for primary residences or private retreats. The unit uses a rolled-steel structural frame with anti-corrosion treatment, insulated flat roof, aluminum composite cladding, thermally broken aluminum joinery, smart-home integration, Italian porcelain finishes, custom furniture, integrated LED lighting, and a finished plug-and-play interior. Installation is quoted separately.
KEU Family
KEU Family is a 43.94 m² modular home configured around a larger living area, open kitchen, sleeping zone options, and one family-size bathroom. The model is delivered as a fully equipped finished unit with quartz countertops, soft-close drawers, premium finishes, smart-home systems, vinyl flooring, porcelain bathroom surfaces, aluminum composite cladding, thermally broken joinery, and a rolled-steel load-bearing frame with anti-corrosion treatment. Installation and transport are not included in the starting scope.
