Irontown Modular manufactures residential and commercial volumetric buildings from Utah for projects in the western United States. Its work includes single-family homes, accessory units and larger commercial or multifamily applications, with pre-developed plans and custom designs adapted to factory production.

Modules are completed indoors before delivery and site setting, but the complete project still requires foundations, utilities, permitting and local site work.
