Davis Frame designs and manufactures custom timber-frame, hybrid and panelized homes. Its in-house team creates floor plans, elevations, foundation plans and structural details using 3D modelling linked to CNC fabrication.

Packages can combine timber frames, conventional wall panels and SIP components, with standard plans also available for customization. The company supplies the engineered structural shell and material package, supports builders during construction and can refer independent erection crews; it does not provide in-house home installation.
