TH20

TH20 is a 20 m² tutumRETREAT single-unit modular retreat house for hospitality, eco-tourism, glamping and private getaway projects. The compact layout is intended for short stays and nature-based accommodation where the building must be efficient, comfortable and quick to deploy.

The structure can use wood or steel framing and is designed with sustainable materials, insulation, underfloor comfort options and ventilation logic for all-season use. It is produced as a prefabricated unit, delivered to the site and handed over after installation and final setup.
