TH FLAT25 is a 25 m² tutumRETREAT flat-line modular unit for compact resort rooms, leisure sites and private retreat plots. The layout uses a low horizontal form with open living space, integrated kitchen and bathroom functions, and direct access to outdoor terrace areas.

The structure can be made with wood or steel framing and supports sustainable exterior finishes, insulated walls and customizable interior materials. The unit is manufactured off site, delivered as a prefabricated module and completed after placement, connection and final checks.
