TH CONNECT70

TH CONNECT70 is a 70 m² tutumRETREAT connected modular retreat house for resorts, eco-tourism sites and private nature properties that need a larger accommodation unit. The plan uses several connected volumes to provide separate living, sleeping and bathroom areas while maintaining a fast modular construction process.

The unit can be specified in wood or steel frame with sustainable exterior cladding, high insulation and customizable finishes. It is produced off site, transported as prefabricated modules and completed through installation, connections and handover.
