TH CONNECT49 is a 49 m² tutumRETREAT connected modular unit designed for higher-comfort hospitality and private getaway projects. The plan combines two linked volumes to separate the living, sleeping and bathroom functions while keeping the building suitable for prefabricated transport and installation.

The structure can use wood or steel framing, with sustainable facade options, insulated walls and large windows for landscape connection. It is factory-built, delivered to the site, installed on prepared foundations and finalized with utility connections.
