Office module 60 m² is a larger VIA-S modular commercial building for workspaces, site administration or small business premises. The model gives substantially more usable area than the compact office modules and can be configured for several work zones or meeting functions.

It is factory-produced as insulated modular construction with exterior finishing, interior finishing, EU-standard electrical installation, distribution cabinet, sockets, switches, heating convectors, LED lighting and technical documentation, with window and door placement adjustable to project needs.
