Oakland is a 100 m2 single-storey house concept presented by Evaplace as a customizable V2 model. The layout is organized for two bedrooms and one bathroom, with the main living areas arranged in a broad, low-profile volume.

Evaplace’s construction information for its homes points to light steel framing with OSB sheathing, mineral wool insulation, gypsum board layers, and moisture-control membranes. The model is therefore positioned as a steel-frame residential house that can be adapted through finishes and project decisions before construction.
