Modular house Akacija

The Akacija modular house provides 50 m² of living area in a two-module layout. The basic package uses a calibrated certified C24 timber structure, with the roof, floor, and walls insulated with 200 mm mineral wool and a tightly installed vapour insulation film.

The house includes double-glazed windows with anthracite exterior and white interior frames, a black Classic tin roof, exterior cladding from timber boards and Classic tin, and outputs for electrical, water, and sewage connections. Interior fittings, terrace, foundations, and transport are not included.
