Modular 40 - option B

Modular 40 - option B is a 40 m² underground reinforced-concrete modular house with a large open living area and two additional separate rooms. The separate rooms can be furnished as bedrooms, offices or flexible creative spaces, making the model useful for residential, work or accommodation projects.

The vaulted concrete shell provides durability, sound isolation and low maintenance, while the earth-covered exterior improves energy performance. The modules are factory-made and installed quickly on prepared ground.
