Modular 40 - option A

Modular 40 - option A is a 40 m² underground reinforced-concrete modular home with separated room functions. The plan is intended to make each room serve a clear purpose while keeping the interior connected as a home.

It can accommodate a family of four or more and is positioned as a fast-installation, low-maintenance residential solution. The building is produced from durable insulated concrete modules and placed on a prepared base, after which utility connections, module joining and soil covering complete the installation.
