MIKAN House 003 40ft Single with Deck

MIKAN House 003 is an unfinished container-house concept for buyers who want a legal shell and room to complete parts of the interior themselves. The plan uses a 40 ft single container with a private deck and outdoor bath court, while the interior sequence moves from bedroom to living space, dining kitchen, toilet, and shower. The enclosed container area is about 20 m2 before deck space is counted.
