MATRIX is a fully finished all-season modular house with a 49. 5 m² residential area and a large 20 m² terrace. The plan includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a corridor, porch and a living room combined with kitchen.

The factory scope includes full finishing, air-to-air heating, PVC windows and doors, and technical project documentation. Pile foundation, engineering networks, approval, transport and installation are excluded from the listed factory kit price. The project is designed as a single-storey modular home.
