Kalmes 70 is a 68 m² prefabricated timber modular home with three rooms and a practical family layout. The plan combines an open living, kitchen and dining area with two bedrooms, bathroom, utility/storage space and a covered terrace zone.

The home is produced in controlled factory conditions by CMB Group and delivered as a move-in ready unit with interior finish, kitchen furniture, sanitary equipment, heating and heat-recovery ventilation. The model is designed for energy efficiency and quick installation.
