Idre 2 is a transportable timber-frame modular house with 41. 40 m² of living area and a 52. 00 m² construction area. The layout includes a living room with kitchen area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom.

The package is based on factory-prepared timber-frame construction with selectable interior and exterior finishes. Column foundations and modular house transport are handled separately from the listed package scope. The published configuration does not include an attic, sauna, or terrace, and the specification can be selected between basic and complete packages.
