40 m² bathroom in a 3. 35 m high structure weighing about 12 t. The unit uses a full steel frame, industrial glass, aluminium façade elements, wooden framework, thermo-ash cladding and finished roof. The delivery scope includes factory build, transport, installation, interior and furniture, with premium fittings and numbered-edition execution.
