Element 25

Element 25 is a 25 m² cubic modular timber unit with a larger internal area for office, studio or compact living use. The design uses an extended rectangular form, large panoramic windows, full insulation and a multifunctional open space that can be adapted to work, guest or living functions.

It is manufactured in Latvia using Create House’s modular production process and delivered for site installation. The public price is shown with VAT and remains indicative until the equipment level and site conditions are confirmed.
