Compact House Hella Haassehof

Compact House Hella Haassehof is a 38 m2 wooden prefab dwelling from the Kompakt Huis concept, developed for a small collective housing court in Culemborg. The home is arranged over two floors, with the living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and a sleeping or study room reached by a fixed stair above.

Prefab Fabriek produced the wooden modules, wall elements, frames and much of the sanitary installation work in its Culemborg factory. Underfloor heating and hot water are handled by a heat pump boiler, and the roof is fitted with six solar panels.
