Ark Origins O2+ – The Two Plus

Ark Origins O2+ is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home made from two connected modules. It includes a separate laundry and an open kitchen, living and dining zone, with the sleeping rooms arranged away from the communal area.

Factory construction includes double glazing, wall, roof and floor insulation, airtight detailing, low-VOC finishes, efficient lighting and fitted joinery. Completed modules are delivered to site; transport, foundations, site works, decks, permits, consultant fees and upgrades are priced separately.
