The building is presented as a multi-storey modular structure with standard VIA-S production logic: CE metal supporting frame, C24 wooden panels, painted timber facade, interior finishing options, laminate floors, 250 mm wool insulation, triple-glazed windows and doors, electrical installation, bathroom equipment and technical documentation.

The project can be adapted to individual customer requirements.
