8-Bay

The 8-Bay home provides 53 m2 of enclosed interior space and 87 m2 overall, including a wraparound covered lanai. The one-bedroom plan contains one full bathroom, a complete kitchen and three configurable living bays, with a sliding glass door connecting the interior to the deck.

The flat-pack structure uses an extruded aluminum frame, adjustable foundation feet and modular wall panels. The standard configuration includes kitchen appliances, cabinetry, bedroom storage, washer and dryer, mini-split HVAC, hot-water equipment, smart lighting and finished surfaces.
