120 m² timber-frame modular house

The 120 m² model is a larger timber-frame modular house in the Box Homes standard range. The published page lists an insulated wooden-frame base structure, painted exterior cladding, two-layer ruberoid roof covering, triple-glazed PVC windows and exterior doors, plasterboard interior lining, electrical installation with wiring and distribution box, water and sewerage pipes with connection points, and heat-recovery ventilation.

The house is produced off site and delivered for installation on prepared foundations.
