Njordrum Home develops timber modular houses that can function as compact homes, holiday houses or larger residences assembled from multiple units. The system uses architect-designed modules produced under factory conditions and delivered with a high level of interior completion before installation.

Layouts can be configured by combining module types and selecting materials, kitchens, bathrooms and façade treatments. The company coordinates design adaptation, production, transport and placement, while foundations, cranes, utilities and site finishing are defined for each location.
