Manshaus provides architectural services for new villas, summer houses, extensions and renovation projects. The studio develops the building concept around the site, planning conditions, spatial programme and desired architectural character. Services can include feasibility work, sketches, authority applications, detailed design, tender material and follow-up during construction.

The company is primarily an architectural practice rather than a manufacturer of standard timber modules. Construction is carried out through selected contractors under the project delivery arrangement chosen for the individual building.
