Lind & Risør combines an architectural studio, house-building organisation and residential development activity. It designs and constructs individual villas in contemporary, classical and multi-level styles, as well as terraced housing and completed house-and-garden packages.

The company’s scope includes site assessment, architecture, engineering, permits, specification, construction and external works where included in the selected package. Projects are permanent buildings developed around the plot and design brief, not transportable modular homes or temporary pavilions.
