Trio 100

Trio 100 has 111 m2 of published floor area and supports two to three bedrooms with two bathrooms. The 10 m two-level plan combines open living, kitchen and dining space with an upper floor and loft. A standard dormer adds usable headroom beneath the A-frame roof.

The structural kit includes stamped plans, pre-cut and pre-drilled LVL trusses, steel connectors, gable and dormer framing, stairs and guidance. Foundation, utilities, insulation and finishes are local.
