GK11

GK11 is Greenkub’s smallest timber garden studio, designed as a compact independent room rather than a full dwelling. The 11 m2 plan is best suited to a focused use such as a garden office, creative studio, pool house or small fitness room, with one open room and no standard bedroom layout. Its prefabricated structure is installed on site after the foundation solution has been defined from the soil study.

The specification includes RE2020 wood-fibre insulation, argon-filled double glazing, electrical network, heating and ventilation. The turnkey scope covers design, foundations, fabrication, delivery and installation.
