Banner Elk IV is a 170 m2 single-level solid-log home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The single-level split-bedroom plan centers on a vaulted kitchen, dining and living zone. A primary suite is separated from two secondary bedrooms, while a mudroom and service spaces support the main entrance and daily storage.

Factory-built solid-log modules include structural walls, windows, plumbing, electrical systems and selected finishes. The home is delivered to a prepared foundation; site work and utility connections are separate.
