Banner Elk III

Banner Elk III is a 221 m2 two-level solid-log home with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The two-level home combines an open kitchen, dining and living area with full-suite bedrooms, a mudroom and covered exterior spaces. Additional study, bonus and circulation areas provide flexible use beyond the four stated bedrooms.

Factory-built solid-log modules include structural walls, windows, plumbing, electrical systems and selected finishes. The home is delivered to a prepared foundation; site work and utility connections are separate.
