The Highland is a modular ranch home from Westchester Modular Homes with a three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout. Its 213 m2 single-level plan uses a large shared living area and a cathedral-ceiling great room to create a more open main zone.

The exterior is defined by reverse gables and front porch elements, while the plan keeps everyday living on one floor. The model is intended for permanent single-family residential use and can be delivered through the company’s modular home building process.
