Signature House is a 21. 10 m² modular mirror house built as ÖÖD’s standard residential and hospitality unit. The 6. 40 m × 3.

40 m layout includes a sleeping area, living and dining zone, fitted kitchenette and 2. 20 m² bathroom. Construction uses a full steel frame with 200 mm insulation, argon-filled reflective mirror glass, thermo-ash cladding and a flat SBS roof. The delivery scope includes kitchenette, quartz worktop, integrated fridge, Villeroy & Boch toilet, Grohe shower, electric floor heating, LED lighting and plug-and-play utility connections.
