Savannah III is a 183 m2 two-level solid-log home with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The two-level layout provides a covered porch, open kitchen, dining and living zone and a main-floor primary suite. Two secondary bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs, while the half bathroom serves the main shared spaces.

Factory-built solid-log modules include structural walls, windows, plumbing, electrical systems and selected finishes. The home is delivered to a prepared foundation; site work and utility connections are separate.
